Last night Brooklyn saw me changing into my pajamas. She commented to Jason, "Mommy's big!" Thanks a lot, kid.
Jason and Brooklyn like to play a game where they hide a plush soccer ball from each other around the house. Today when I got her out of the tub she started calling, "Soccer ball! Soccer ball, where are you? Soccer ball, I'm NAKED!!" Like that was incentive for it to come out??

I think that Brooklyn must know Russian because if you try to make the word goalie a cognate in Russian, you say the word that means naked.

Melody & Jason - First, Congratulations!! Adalyn is so cute! That hair is adorable! She looks so much like Brooklyn. I love the name too. I'm glad she is finally here and you don't have to be pregnant anymore.
The "big" comment reminded me of when Brie saw me stand up for the first time hours after Zach's birth. She said, "Mommy, you are growing another baby in your tummy!" Nice. She then asked me to show her how to do a cartwheel.
