So not too long after we brought our perfect little angel home from the hospital... she changed into FRANKENBABY!!! All of a sudden, all of her skin started peeling off, her umbilical cord fell off so her belly button was all bleeding and scabby, and she got a very bad case of baby acne. Needless to say, she was not looking her best. So, we just tucked away the camera for a while and let her recover in private. Her belly button is all better now and her skin isn't quite as peely, but she still has pretty bad pimples on her face. However, we decided we couldn't deprive the grandparents of pictures any longer. So... here she is in all her pimply glory. We still think she's pretty stinkin' cute. =)

Sorry for the poor picture quality. The only video camera we have is on our digital camera and the picture doesn't turn out that well. Maybe we need to ask Santa for a digital camcorder this year. :-)

haha, I love your description in the first paragraph. That was wonderful of you to let her recoop in peace. :) Just be happy she is NOT the only one. She is a beautiful little girl, and will get prettier everyday. I am so happy she is part of your family.
Frankenbaby! I think she's BEAUTIFUL! What pretty brown eyes and dark hair. Little newborns do have sensitive skin :(
