Due Date
My cousin Alicia wrote a blog that she entitled "Due Date" and it had a bunch of pictures of her 12-day-old baby girl! Well, our baby girl is still safely tucked away inside. I don't know what is so fun about life in the womb, but she doesn't seem to want to leave. I had my last prenatal appointment on Thursday and the doctor seemed pretty confident that she would see me again this coming Thursday. And maybe the one after that... I feel totally normal, no Braxton Hicks or anything. The doctor said that if I was still pregnant on Thursday, we could talk about being induced. I don't know if I want that or not. I'm excited to meet her, but maybe once she's out I'll realize how much easier it was before! =)

I love babies that go over their due date, to me they seem more calm. One of my friends said people should be able to choose their own birthday (like there is any choice by the mom or baby). I feel like once you reach your due date, the pressure is off, people feel sorry for you, and it has to come out soon. Unless there is a reason, I am for waiting. Unless you have an epidural, induction hurts worse; maybe that's why I feel the way I do. I realize you didn't ask for opinions, but I do have one about this.
