One of Jason's cousins wrote a blog on the Bumbo chair. I had seen some of my cousin's kids using them (Aiden & Ava) but didn't really know what they were. They are designed to help babies sit before they can sit on their own. When I read that, I knew that Brooklyn would LOVE it. She's always trying to sit up and often will stop fussing as soon as we prop her against something. So we bought her one (used, of course, they're pretty expensive new). I wish I had had the video camera out the first time I put her in it. I have never seen her so GLEEFUL!! She just started smiling and giggling and kicking her legs and waving her arms. She kept looking at me and making this expression like, "Look at me, Mom!" It was classic! She absolutely fell in love with it. This will be nice to feed her in and to bring to restaurants to sit next to us, etc. We love the Bumbo!

"Look at Me!"

so cute!! there's no doubt she loves her own little chair! Thank you for sharing--the Bumbo looks like something that definitely frees up Mom's hands and her time--
